DhanPulse subscriptions are digital services and become active immediately after successful payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access generally continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds are considered for duplicate payments, confirmed billing errors, or other issues required by law or payment policy.
Failed transactions are not charged. If a payment was pending or reversed, no subscription access is created until the payment is completed successfully.
If a trial is offered on a specific plan, the trial terms will be shown before activation and any billing terms will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
